Blessings and abundance and a bit of desert clarity.
I took this picture last spring in Joshua Tree National Park, on a fun, sidetracking and flower-after-flower hike I took with a friend near Cottonwood Oasis. We both loaded our cameras with dozens of pictures and had a lot of fun exploring the area. A wonderful day I'm grateful for, with amazing and memorable photographs to get us through these short and rainy winter days. Rain and snow in the desert - unusual and so important. Here's to wildflower season, 2009!
